Rate Code Notes Attached to Reservations

Hi Heather,
Group notes already can be shared with all reservations within the group block, so I'm happy to report that is already an option! :) This came out last year.
We released new functionality for company and travel agent card shared notes earlier this year that, for a lot of hotels, solves the need for a rate code level note - particularly if you have the rate only bookable with one of those cards attached and if you map the delivery of those card/profiles from your CRS for online bookings. Can you let us know if this meets your needs too and if not, what use case it does not resolve?

We have many different rate codes that include many different things. It would be so helpful if there was an option where the Description field in the rate code setup could be attached to all reservations with that rate code as a reminder of what is included. Ideally, this feature would also translate over to Groups-- that way we could enter notes specific to each group that would attach as a Note to any reservations made within that group block.
