Collecting Email at Check In

Good morning! I am inquiring about possibly getting a setting where it does not allow agents to check guests in at the front desk without collecting an email for the reservation first. Is this possible?

You can set email as a mandatory field at check-in. Here is a Knowledge Base article on how to configure this and other Guest Card fields.
