Ability to exclude financial info from guest in house and arrival report

Submitted on behalf of Malliouhana Resort Anguilla. Resort sends in house and arrival reports to all departments on a daily basis. They do not share financial info on these reports. Hotel would like the ability to have an option to exclude rate and balance from this report. Hotel does not want to use custom exports as the PDF version looks nicer.

If it is acceptable for the rate name to display on the report (not the rate amount, just the rate name), the new Breakfast List report that we anticipate will release in v5.78 should actually work well for this even though the use is not for breakfast!
