can we create a popup that asks for phone number the way we have the popup for email?

Hi Sarah,

We released a feature last year that allows you to "ASK ADDITIONAL GUEST DETAILS" - it works both for you to make additional information from the primary guest mandatory or optional, and any settings will carry through to any additional adult guests as well so if you were to set email as mandatory, it would require an email for all adult guests. If you were to ask for it as optional, it would request it from the primary guest and allow it to be entered for additional guests but not require it.

If you are interested in enabling this feature, you need to toggle on "ASK ADDITIONAL GUEST DETAILS" in Settings > Guest Mobility > Check In > Prompt for additional guest details. Then, open a support ticket and ask for a guest mandatory schema to be set up for your hotel with Email (you can also add any other fields if you wish) and specify if each field is mandatory or optional.

You also have the ability to turn this on for guests checking in via Kiosk
