Rooms OOO/OOS Report

On behalf of Showboat Hotel, AC - currently, as there is not a way to remove rooms that are no longer in the hotel inventory, so the rooms are made OOO. There is not a way to exclude these rooms from the OOO/OOS report. Please consider enhancing this report, to be able to exclude OOO rooms that are no longer in the hotel inventory.

basically agreed, but wouldn't a third status - out of inventory - make more sense for those rooms?

Hi,

Great news! We are piloting the new Out of Inventory feature as of v5.78 which has now been released. If you wish to inquire about possibly joining the pilot, please open a support ticket and our team will evaluate. It is expected to be available for general release shortly. It will not be enabled by default - you will have to open a support ticket to have this feature turned on for your property.
