Credit card - no choice on card type being refunded / voided

Currently there is no functionality in the UI that exists where by   users can select which credit card payment is being voided/refunded, hence we must include the latest merRef (otherwise we would not be able to do any refunds/voids in conjunction with SPS). Hotels will have to process these particular refunds manually in a portal till such a time where we can work on the UI improvement.
