A field to enter 'Purpose of visit' in the Stay Card

Hotels would like to track 'Purpose of visit' of their guests. Currently, there is no field to enter this information. Can this field be added to the staycard and also the option to make it mandatory at check in?

Hello! We have released Purpose of Stay functionality and it appears for selection on the Stay Card. At this time, it is not mandatory at check in. A user during the release webinar also requested that this be made a mandatory field option at check in.

We agree, may this please be added as an option under mandatory fields at ch-in.

Purpose of Stay is now able to be marked as mandatory with our new "Force Purpose of Stay" setting. You can read more about that here. This is available with release v5.95. The release is effective on the following dates:
