Thank you for your feedback! I'm delighted to share that Release v5.87 includes Action Configuration where you can pre-define actions and then add those actions to the Stay Card for a reservation. Here are the release notes with more information. We hope this helps your operation!

This is great re: actions! Any time table on notes/alerts for the same functionality?

Regretfully, I do not have a timeline on that.

It would be helpful if we could save action or note templates that we use frequently- for example "Thank guest for their loyalty reward program membership and upgrade room at check-in"- instead of typing this out on every reservation, it would be great if we could save it as a template and click to add.
