Billing - what is this charge?

Hello - I see a charge for 711.43 on 2/11/2021. Can you please direct me to the invoice?

Hi Christine, you can search for specific amounts on specific dates using the journal. https://stayntouch.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/24000014696-the-journal

If you go to the revenue tab, select the date (range) you wish to search and click into the tab in the center top of the screen it will expand with a search box, allowing you to search for transactions by amount. This should return the charge you are looking for. If you have any issues please feel free to open a ticket with our support desk here:
