Allow for Different VIP Levels
Representing 3 properties using StaynTouch here! It would be great to have this feature to tier VIP status. For example, we would have a VIP status used for ownership/management company site visits, a separate status for media coverage visits, a status for repeat guests who book our highest rates/packages/add ons, etc. With this additional feature, we'd also like to ability to be able to run reports with the VIP status as a filter option as the VIP Only option currently exists. This will help our concierge prepare for the arrivals
Agreed, especially with OTAs creating VIP levels with certain benefits. It would be nice that each hotel be able to customize the levels based on their markets and relationships.

This will not only help guest service manager to optimize amenity management, but also for operations team to efficiently allocate effort to personalize the stay experience for each guest.

It would be really nice to have multiple VIP levels like Opera allows. Currently you only allow for 1 VIP level, whereas multiple VIP levels would be really helpful operationally.
