Addons offered through StayNTouch Guest Mobility & Kiosk

If a guest has an addon included in their rate, or if they have already requested an addon prior to their stay - can we EXCLUDE these addons from being offered again during check in?


We have situations where guests have (for example) wifi in their rate, but will then purchase again during checkin.
