Black list and alert for guests that are not welcome anymore
Seconded
Any updates on this being a possible feature?

Yes, please! We are definitely using the flags for this but something more proactive would be great. As it stands today, we have to manually look at each reservation to see if it was previously flagged (very inefficient).
Hello! With our most recent release, v6.10, flagged guests cannot be added to reservations unless the user has permission to override and chooses to do so.
As a note, flagged guests could still book unblocked through third-party channels like Expedia, so hotels still need their own check process either way (if that is important for their operation). This checking process is made a lot easier with AI if the hotel is comfortable with it - they could schedule a simple list of reservations made or arriving reservations and compare to a similarly scheduled simple list of flagged guests (easy to pull with the Custom Exports of Guest data, of course being mindful to not feed unnecessary guest data, so perhaps keeping it to First/Last and investigating any overlap). Hope this helps!

The option to flag a guest works okay, but an alert would be even better.
Would it also be possible to add guests to a so called ''black list''"?
So when we enter the name or a reservation with that name comes in to the system the system gives an alert that these guests are not welcome.
So a new reservation cannot be made or enter the system.
What would be great is if the reason why this guest is on the black list would also show up.
