Cancellation penalties auto charge

Hi SNT,

When can we have this FAQ resolved? 85% of our transactions arrive via our CRS, which means all our related cancellations that should not be charged are still posting a cancellation charge when it should not be.

Hi Chris,


Cancellation fees will not be automatically posted if you remove the cancellation fee charge code from the cancellation policies. Have you tried this / is this still a problem for you that warrants an open feature request?
