Allow Time Out Limit to be Assigned by Role
This would be a tremendous help! We are often on the phone with guests negotiating cost and discussing details of their stay, when our StayNTouch gets logged out. This can be frustrating and time consuming for both the agent and the guest waiting patiently on the phone. It would be VERY helpful to have a longer time out period!
Yes! We, as a reservations team, use many different tabs. When we are on the phone with a guest, and come back to our SNT screen, it logs us out and it takes unnecessary time.

Can we please add this as a feature request? Our reservations team that works remotely does not need to be logged out every 3 minutes, where as our onsite staff does. Thanks.
Thank you for your reply. It's still a bummer to hear this can't be configured differently. In our case, our reservations team, who works remotely, doesn't need to be logged out but everyone onsite does. This makes it more secure for the onsite team, but a pain for the reservations team. Even changing at the hotel level wouldn't help, as the reservations team is a user for all hotels.
Any takes on this, SNT Team? It's been six months since this request has been made. Would love to know if this is possible or not. Thanks.

Our Reservations team has a need for StayNTouch windows to be active for quite a substantial period of time to best serve our guests, and multitask for efficiency, however, for security reasons our front desk staff should have a 3-5 minute time out period.
It would be useful if we could have the policy be different for different roles.
