Out of Inventory Rooms
Any update on this SNT? I would need something like this for rooms that we are adding to properties in the future, but are selling now. Example: adding 9 rooms in April 2022, but will be out for sale in January 2022.
Or for if rooms are being removed -
Selling until Feb 2022, but then done beyond that.

Great news! We are piloting the new Out of Inventory feature as of v5.78 which has now been released. If you wish to inquire about possibly joining the pilot, please open a support ticket and our team will evaluate. It is expected to be available for general release shortly. It will not be enabled by default - you will have to open a support ticket to have this feature turned on for your property.

While the system currently allows rooms to be put out of order or service some properties have room types that are only used seasonally and they would like to be able to put them into a status along the lines of "Out of Inventory" where the rooms would reduce the overall Inventory of the hotel for calculation of Occupancy Statistics and RevPAR for the time frame.
As an Example the AutoCamp Russian River property has 10 Tent Cabins that are not used or sold for the winter months and thus don't have their full "inventory" of rooms available....
