UPDATE: Release 2.9

RELEASE:

A new code version (Rover PMS v2.9) has been deployed. Please read the details in our Release Notes.


NOTICE: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MODULE 

With the release of Rover PMS version 2.9, the Accounts Receivable module will undergo some significant enhancements. During the enhancement update, your property may encounter a message when attempting to access the Accounts Receivable module:

“Your AR is being updated, please try again later. For further information please contact your system administrator.”

 If you encounter this message, please allow the update to finalize. Once finalized, you can begin using the Accounts Receivable module. Guest check-out to Direct Bill will not be affected during this process and can proceed as normal.

BUGS:

The following bugs were also addressed in this release:
  • AR: Adding payment to balance tab screen shows VISA when Cash is selected (45479). 
  • AR: Allocating payments from the Unallocated tab (45478).
  • AR: While creating AR account from bill screen, the error message reads, “AR Number is Missing" – even though the AR number is given (45476).
  • AR: Unallocate Payment screen (45446).
  • Guest Bills paid via Direct Bill are not frozen, when they need to be (45369).
  • Internal server on opening AR transaction tab menus from the Stay Card (45349).
  • AR Transactions: Not able to close the selected From dates and To dates (45341).
  • Reservation import not working properly (45530). 
  • Internal server error when assigning tasks to employees (45406).
  • UI Diary: Out of Order rooms overlap dates that are not set as Out of Order (44603).
  • Stay Card: Accompanying Guests’ details getting duplicated (43389).
  • Reservations by User Report: Does not list cancelled reservations when cancelled from Group section (40879).
  • UI: Unnecessary save activity from group rate popup screen (40537).
  • UI: When Printing reports, it is printing “portrait” (format) when it should be printing “landscape” (40485).
