In-House Guests Report


The In-House Guests Report allows designated Rover-users to view a list of all the hotel's reservations with an in-house or stayover status. When viewing this report, users should refer to the Room column to see the current status of the guest (in-house and/or due out). The arrival and departure columns indicate the arrival and departure date(s) and time(s) specified in the guest's reservation. 

Report Structure 


Additional Configurations: 
Date: Users can specify what date they'd like to generate a report for with the Date option. 

Options: Additional configurations for this report include:
  • Select All
  • Include Due Out Guests
  • Include Notes
  • Restricted Post Only
  • Show Guests (Accompanying) 
  • VIP Only 

Company/TA/Group: With this option, reservations associated with a particular Company, Travel Agent, or Group can be retrieved in Rover. 

Sort By: The Sort By dropdown button will display reservations by ascending room number (Room) or alphabetically (Name).
