Update Payment Method

How to Update the Guest's Payment Method

A payment method needs to be added to the guest's reservation prior to check-in. The credit card may be updated with the iCMP Ingenico credit card reader (paired to the iPad) or manually by entering the guest's credit card information with the + Add button on the Stay Card.  


Where Can I Update the Payment Method? 




Stay Card

  • From the Stay Card, swipe the credit card on the iCMP device to prompt Rover to add a new credit card type. 
  • Manually add or update the payment method, select the + Add on the Stay Card.

  • Choose new Payment Method type.

  • Either update an existing card or add new card
  • Click the blue Add button to save the information.

Bill & Charges
  • To update the credit card from the Bill & Charges screen, click the payment icon on the right hand corner of the page. 
  • Select the Payment Method on file button.

   

 



  • Choose New Payment Method

  • Either update an existing card or add a new card.
  • Click the blue Add button to save the information.

Registration Page
  • On the Registration page, when the Swipe prompt displays, swipe the guest’s credit card using the credit card swiper on the iPad.
  • Once credit card is swiped, click Add to proceed with check‐in. 
     
    

  • Select a new Payment Method from the dropdown menu
