4Suites Key Lock System

4Suites offers a keyless system for hotels that is not dependent upon an app, but instead uses a web browser and data from cell phones to open door locks.

The set up for this is similar to other API integrations and has minimal set up from Stayntouch side. Stayntouch needs to provide OAuth keys and set up webhooks.

Please set up the following generic webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the endpoint provided by the 4Suites team.

Edit Reservation
Cancel Reservation
Checked-Out
Room Move
Check-In Available
Check-In Success/Room Ready Notification
Check-In Failed
Check-Out Available
Pre-Check-In Success
Room Assigned

Guests will receive an email with a link needed to open the guest room door. Please note, guests need to be on the hotel Wi-Fi for this to work. Below is a sample email sent to a guest.

Dear Guest,

You have chosen to enjoy the comfort of a hotel and benefit from the freedom of an apartment at Sample Hotel. Entering the front door of the hotel is easy via the button below button. We do not have a reception but you will find the self check-in in our living room, where you can get the keycard for your room.
