Configuring Suppressed Rates
To create a suppressed rate, you need to create the rate as a contract. When you create the rate as a contract, you can set default routing instructions on the TA or Company Card and choose whether you want the rate to show on the guest bill. The contract rate should be set as suppressed in Settings > Rates > Rates > ADDITIONAL DETAILS. You should then only see the rate amount as SR until a user selects to view the rate as unsuppressed.
Once you have a TA or Company Card attached to the reservation and charges routed to Bill #2, Bill #1 should email to the guest, and Bill #2 should email to the TA or Company Card attached to the reservation.
