We would like the ability to have Charge Codes apply to Allowance Add Ons that have a different Tax applied from the Allowance Charge Code.
For example, we have an Add On for people to get $20 to spend in our gift/merchandise shop. Most all of the items in that shop are taxed with the local sales tax, however, we also sell bottle water there which is not taxed by law. As it stands now, we cannot have the bottled water charge code included in the "allowed for consumption" list because it does not have the same taxes applied as the Allowance charge code (which has sales tax applied so the rest of the merchandise can be allowed).
Creating a second Allowance Charge Code that does not have sales tax associated wouldn't really help because we would still have to create a separate Add On for it to be used, but that would complicate the fact that the guest only gets $20 to use total.
