Add housekeeping button to change room service status to Out Of Order for all vacant rooms that are not cleaned.

We have to set several rooms Out of Order
nightly as we do not have our housecleaning staff clean every room nightly. We have to go in and manually change room service status for numerous rooms that are both Vacant and Not Clean to prevent them from being booked online. and 3) have no due in reservations. I know you can select more than one room at a time, I would just like a button
to push that automatically sets that Out of Order service status with a return
state of dirty for a single night on any rooms that are vacant/without a reserve,
and currently not clean. One click and done.
