Change the Input Method for field ID DATE OF EXPIRY

We would like to change the input method of the field "ID DATE OF EXPIRY" from the current pop up field where you have to click on year, month and date to DD/MM/YYYY - same as it was changed for the BIRTHDAY field. We would like to change this for all Schick Hotels.
