The below changes would improve the folio both aesthetically and functionally for guest satisfation.
Center and increase Logo size.
Remove INVOICE or change to FOLIO.
Horizontal offset of taxes from charges and debits.
Vertical Spacing between days of stay.
Individual Charges and Taxes breakdown by day is correct. Summary at the bottom should be TOTAL CHARGES the TOTAL TAXES. Not a mix….
The web address and other extraneous “web” stamps make it look like a print screen, rather than an intentionally prepare and legal document. Export a formatted version to PDF when printing.
