Enhance the guest record to comply with UK Law, Immigration (Hotel Records) 1972 in respect of Non British, Irish or national of a Commonwealth Nation. Order The law states we must record the Passport/ID Number, Place of Issue and Next Destination including address if known. Required new fields: - Place of Issue - Next Destination The fields should be configurable to be mandatory on check-in (not every hotel will comply with the order) Logic would need to be included to not require these details based on the selection of Nationality on the registration card. All 56 commonwealth nations plus Ireland would be excluded from collection. The enhancement should apply to Guest Mobility, Kiosk and Front Desk check-in flows.
