Ability to Configure Guest Name Display Format for Third-Party Interfaces

We would like the ability to configure the guest name format that Stayntouch sends through third-party interfaces, specifically allowing the name to be sent in First Name Last Name order instead of Last Name, First Name.
At our property, Stayntouch sends guest information through Comtrol to our PureHD guest room television system. The guest’s name is displayed on the television as part of the personalized welcome experience. Currently, the name is being received and displayed in Last Name, First Name order.
We worked with both Stayntouch Support and PureHD to determine where this could be changed. PureHD confirmed that they receive the guest information directly from Stayntouch and cannot change the name format on their side. Stayntouch Support also reviewed our Comtrol setup and confirmed that there is currently no option available to reformat the name order. Business Case:
Displaying a guest's name as First Name Last Name provides a more natural and personalized presentation on the guest room television. Because this information is guest-facing, the current Last Name, First Name format can appear awkward and less polished as part of the welcome experience.
We would like properties to have the ability to select the name format transmitted through the interface, or at minimum have an option for First Name Last Name.
This would improve the guest-facing experience while allowing properties greater flexibility in how guest information is presented through integrated systems.
