I would like the OOO/OOI to automatically be removed from the Vacant/Ready and Vacant/Not ready sections on the dashboard. It is troublesome to have to remember to Sort them out of the report. These rooms should automatically be removed and if needed, we can add them back in.
If I have a room that is OOO/OOI - they should also not automatically show up to be assigned to be cleaned under the housekeeping task management, as they are OOO/OOI. Right now I have to set these rooms to Clean to removed them from task management, but then they show up as vacant/clean on the dashboard - but they are OOI and should not be listed under active dashboard settings.
