Pre-assigning rooms for housekeeping the day prior

When we pre-assign our rooms a day before, for pre-arrival requests, amenities, reservations booked together, etc, our housekeeping department can't assign rooms to their staff to clean via SnT if the room has already been pre-assigned in our arrivals section on SnT. We have to unassign the room at the front desk, then have housekeeping assign rooms to their staff late into the day. Can we please be able to see and assign rooms to housekeeping staff via SnT while having those rooms already pre-assigned the day prior? Thank you
