show the OOO/OOS on the vacant room report

Hi Stayntouch Support Team,

We would like to request an enhancement to the Vacant Room Report.

At present, rooms marked as Out of Order (OOO) and Out of Service (OOS) are not displayed on the report. It would be very helpful if these room statuses could also be included.

Hi Tanja,

Thank you for your feedback - we will pass it along! In the meantime, rather than the Vacant Room Report, have you tried instead pulling the list of vacant rooms from Main Menu > Housekeeping > Room Status > apply the filter for vacant rooms? I tend to like this better than the Vacant Room Report, personally, and will include OOO/OOS rooms! :)
