Payment Status on the Arrivals Screen

Thanks for your feedback! Have you tried using the Arrivals report?
(Main Menu > Reports > New Report) Suggested parameters:
Options - keep the default and also select:
Incl Guest Notes
Incl Res Notes
Incl Actions
Show Guests
Incl Routing Info
May want to update Sort to by Rate (I like this so that I can see all my Expedia reservations in a row, group reservations in a row, etc.)
This has a section also for Balance... by default it shows the balance on Bill #1, but you can change that in the parameters if you wish to see if there is a balance / deposit on Bill #2.

I would like for the payment status to display on the arrivals screen. Once you click on Arrivals on the dashboard, and go to the page showing all of your arrivals for the day; near where it displays "Johnson Party" or "expedia"; if it could also show if the reservation is a hotel collect, virtual card, and if a deposit is needed, if it has been received or not.
This way we don't have to enter into each and every reservation to see if deposits need taken, etc.
