Pickwick Hotel would like the ability to have addons that are inclusive in the rate (so they show up within the rate) but instead of it being part of the rate, it would inflate the rate by that amount.
For example, they have a breakfast package that is $23 and instead of it showing as rate = $100 (for example) and then add-on is $23, they would like the rate to show as $123 per person
