A Reservation Date Change Audit Report would allow us to quickly see when a guest’s arrival date, departure date, or length of stay has been modified. These changes directly impact occupancy, forecasting, room nights, and revenue.
Right now, we have to manually open each reservation to find this information, which is time-consuming and makes it difficult to see where revenue may be lost.
This report would help hotels quickly identify early departures, shortened stays, arrival date changes, who made the change, and when it was made.
