The PMS Login Screen Is Getting An Update!

With the release of Stayntouch version 6.09, we will be launching an updated PMS login screen! While you will notice a slight change in the look and feel of the screen, these changes won’t significantly affect how you access the PMS. The release goes into effect on the following dates:

Here’s what you can expect:

1. Support Links Move to the Bottom of the Screen

At the bottom center of the screen, you will see three callouts:

  • Need a hand? Our Support Team is here for you 24/7/365 – This link will direct you to our Support portal to create a ticket.
  • Got questions? Find answers in Stayntouch Knowledge Base – This link will direct you to our Knowledge Base.
  • Having issues? Check Stayntouch System Status page – This link will direct you to our Stayntouch System Status page.

2. Username and Password Entry

As per existing functionality, you will first be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. When you click Continue, it will prompt you to enter your email address and password (as before); however, you can now click the eyeball icon to the left of the password field to view your password as you’re entering it.

3. Update for Service Provider Users Only

If you have a service provider account (access to multiple properties across different chains), you will now see a different screen following login. On this screen, you’ll now see the list of all properties you have access to, as well as a search bar. This search bar includes the following filter options:

Showing: You can choose to filter by properties or chains.

Search Bar: Search by property name.

Sort: You can sort by Sign-in date (Latest), Sign-in date (Earliest), Name (A-Z), or Name (Z-A).

4. Auto-Logout Prompt to Log Back In

When you are automatically logged out of the PMS due to inactivity, the prompt to log back in will read differently to avoid confusion about which account you’re logging back into. This change was made to reduce the likelihood of an individual attempting to log into the wrong account. For example, if multiple agents are using the same front desk computer, the message will indicate which user’s account you’ll be logging back into and give the user two options:

  • Sign Me Back In
  • Not John Doe? Sign Out
