Reminder - Action Required : Stayntouch - Enhanced version of Guest Mobility Interface - Direct URL update

Dear customer,
As part of our Guest Mobility design enhancement, new direct URLs have recently been enabled for both Check-In and Check-Out.
This upgrade focused on improving the user interface and overall design experience, while keeping all existing functionality.
If your property is currently still using the previous URLs in guest communications (booking confirmations, automated messages on OTAs, etc.) for Mobile Check-In and Mobile Check-Out, we recommend updating them with the new links to ensure your customers can continue accessing the new version of the interface without interruption
Please note that the previous direct URL links will be sunsetted on July 31st.

Please note that the automatically generated Mobile Check-In and Mobile Check-Out links sent directly at specific times from Stayntouch to your guests are already up to date. This only applies to the direct URL that can be embedded into guest documentation/communication.
Additionally, we hosted an Office Hour session on Guest Mobility optimization, last December. This session covered best practices, tips, and ways to make the most of the functionality.
