Hi, it is often the case that the guest loses or breaks or forgets their on the day of the checkout, prior to their check out. I tried to make a duplicate key and a new key for a guest neither of which worked. I had to use ambiance to make the key for the guest. I was wondering if it would be possible to make keys for departing guests through the SNT system or if I could find out the reason for this, that would also help.
