We would like to submit a feature request regarding Reservation Alerts functionality within Stayntouch PMS.
Current Limitation
At present, Reservation Alerts can only be viewed and verified at the individual reservation level (stay card and activity log). There is no centralized or reportable view of alerts across multiple reservations, dates, or status types.
This creates a limitation when trying to confirm whether alerts are still open or have been properly resolved across:
ArrivalsIn-house guestsRecently departed guests
As a result, teams must manually open reservations one-by-one to verify alert status.
Requested Enhancement
We are requesting a centralized Reservation Alerts Management View that would allow users to:
View all reservation alerts in a single dashboardFilter by status (Open / Resolved / Reopened)Filter by date range (arrival/departure)Identify alerts tied to past and current staysAccess alert resolution history (timestamp + user)Business Impact
This enhancement would significantly improve operational efficiency, shift handover accuracy, and ensure no unresolved guest issues are missed across reservations.
It would also support better service recovery tracking and internal audit readiness.
Summary
A centralized alerts view would close a key operational gap by removing the need for reservation-by-reservation checks to confirm alert resolution status.
