We're excited to roll out Automated Actions to every Stayntouch property. This feature removes the manual work of posting actions when add-ons are booked, so your team can stop tracking it by hand and trust it happens automatically.
What It Does
Hotel Admin users set up rules under Settings > Reservations > Actions > + ADD NEW that automatically post an action whenever a specific add-on is added to a reservation, whether added manually, as part of a rate, or for a group.
Each automated action posts using your pre-set template, routes to the correct department, and calculates its own due date based on the reservation. No manual steps.
You control the timing with new Action Due Date options: Stayover, Stayover + Arrival, Stayover + Departure, or All Days.
Automated actions are easy to spot. They carry an "A" icon and a timestamp across the Actions Manager, stay cards, and group popups, and the indicator updates if an action is later edited by hand.
