I would like to see a function where management can lock a reservations billing setup so that the front desk staff can not change the billing while they are checking guests in, but still able to check-in the guest. For instance management has setup a staycard to bill to a secondary credit card or all charges to the card on file or a direct bill and when the desk is checking them in, they swipe over the card they are supposed to use and/or delete the routing by accident and charge the guest's card when we are not supposed to. And yes this has happened even with training and direct instruction. So Just a way to lock payments/routing to need permission from management first.
