Add Inventory & Market Segment Metrics to Custom Reports

Hello Stayntouch Product Management Team,

First of all, I am a big fan of the Custom Reports feature! They are incredibly flexible and helpful for our daily operations. To make them even more complete and valuable for our property, we would love to see a few additional data fields added—specifically regarding non-available rooms and a breakdown similar to the "Business on the Books" report.

Currently, under the Stay category, there doesn't seem to be an item that explicitly tracks available rooms to be sold after accounting for all blocked inventory.

We would highly appreciate it if the development team could consider adding the following items to the Custom Report builder:

Total Blocked Rooms: Any room that is not available to be sold for any reason (maintenance, out-of-order, etc.), excluding rooms that are already sold.

Available Rooms to Sell: Calculated as Total Hotel Rooms - Total Blocked Rooms.

Group Revenue: Room revenue generated specifically from groups.

Group Picked Up Count: The number of rooms occupied and picked up by groups.

Group Unpicked Up Count: The number of rooms blocked/allocated but not yet picked up by groups.

Transient (Individual) Revenue: Room revenue generated from transient/individual guests.

Transient (Individual) Count: Total rooms occupied by transient/individual guests.

Having these metrics available for custom reporting would drastically improve our forecasting and data manipulation capabilities. Thank you for listening to our feedback and for continuously working to improve the platform!
