Ability to search reservation by email.
As booking requests from the same booker may be submitted at different times, for different stay dates, and sometimes through different agents, grouping them under the same party may not be the most effective solution for our workflow at this time.
For this reason, having the ability to search reservations by the booker’s email address would be much more efficient. It would allow us to quickly locate and identify related reservations when communicating with the booker, without the need to repeatedly request guest names or review previous correspondence threads.
