While checking on reports we will need to do in Bedford before we going to live, i found few things what we would need to add to the following reports.
1. Financial transaction - Payment Report - Would it be possible to add box in Payment Type, (select All). When that unticked then we could just tick payment type we need for the reports. Now it takes time to untick all 69 options, to leave just one highlighted.
2. Action Manager - there is currently only reception department, but we would need as well house keeping as alternative option.
3. Breakfast list - currently it shows both guest who have breakfast included and guest who have not. Would there be possible to have option to pick only inclusive guest? As in current version it would be to many pages for breakfast to print.
4. Add-On Forecast for breakfast totals - Now it is showing prices for each date, but is there a way to print it without revenue figures?
I most likely will have few more questions but those reports i need to test them after night audit.
