For all major reporting it would be great if R0.00 room rates were not automatically assumed complimentary rooms- as we use a time share integration reservations do come into SNT on a zero rated value however the room rate is set up as time share. 100's of these bookings are made a month at our resorts and now it seems that we have 100s of complimentary bookings.
