Shows you rooms that are clean right now (with an option to book for rooms that are not clean yet and add to queue)
Takes you right to check-in rather than confirm the reservation
If a deposit is owed, takes the incidental auth needed into account and therefore only asks you for a card one time rather than first when confirming the reservation and then again when checking in
