Linchris - Ashworth by the Sea - has requested the ability to chat with support for in-the-moment assistance rather than having to call or open a ticket online. They have used other PMS vendors that have this and found it useful.

Happy to share this has been released - we now have this available if you navigate to Main Menu > Settings > Stayntouch Chat Support
