Is there an option to create a tile for no-shows or late cancellations that have an open outstanding balance and still require payment?
In practice, it is sometimes uncertain whether late cancellations or no-shows can actually be charged. Having a dedicated tile, similar to the existing “Checked out (with balance)” tile, would make it much easier to keep track of these reservations and follow up on outstanding payments.
