Add Total Cost of Stay on Bill and Charges Screen

Maybe it can be usefull that you can press on advanced bill, and that all charges are charged on the correct day (not all on the day you press advanced bill). This way you immediately see the total amount without the need to make a pro forma invoice.
Carnegie Hotel Would like the ability to see the total cost of day (Guest to Pay) on Bill and Charges screen without the need to pull up a pro forma invoice.
