Hotel Verdandi would like the ability to “use guest billing address” for invoices that are routed as part of VCC handling.
Use case: For OTA bookings paid via VCC, routing is applied to automate VCC charges. However, guests often request that the invoice be issued in their own name and billing address (instead of the OTA/travel agent), so they can submit it for company expense reimbursement.
