We are currently experiencing ongoing issues with our key card encoders, which have gone down four times within the past week.
Each time we’ve contacted our help desk at M7, we’ve been advised that it is related to SNT issues. However, given the frequency of these outages, we would appreciate it if someone could take a deeper look into this to identify the root cause and help prevent further disruptions.
