California law requires hotels to honor the booked quoted rate. When a tax increase occurs, this cannot be enforced if the reservation was booked prior to the tax change. Stayntouch PMS only allows stay date updates and when a booking is modified in any way, updates the taxes to today's settings. This causes manual work for hotels to adjust the taxes off impacted bookings. Could we add the ability to enforce by book or stay date to the tax configuration?

Please disregard the CA law aspect - request to have option for taxes / policies to be applied by either book or stay date.
