NO RIGHT-ALLIGNED TEXT FROM THE SUPPORT:HELP DESK IT'S CHOATIC AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

Right-Justification text is a very poor format for help desk documantation, knowledge bases, and most importantly support tickets, because it hinders readability and creates significant accessibility barriers for users. In Western cultures, text is read from left to right and a consistant left margin is crucial for scanning and comprehension. Right justification impairs speed and comprehension having to struggle to find the start of each new line it slows down the user when they are needing a fast solution. Users with dislexia or visual impairments will find this particularly difficult as the inconsistant starting points make it easy for the eye to get lost. You can not easily scan the information. I found it to be  easily missed, off puttting, and it created anxiety and frustraion in an already stressful situation. I understand people wanting to be unique, but perhaps a fun new font would be a much better choice then a chaotic and unprofessional format for detailed instructions.

THIS IS WHAT I WAS PRESENTED WITH.

I am sure this wasn't intentional on her part. I am not trying to say she isn't doing a good job only that the format is WRONG!
